M-PAP Acetaminophen is an over-the-counter oral pain reliever and fever reducer containing acetaminophen 160 mg per 5 mL. According to the current DailyMed labeling, M-PAP is formulated to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains associated with headache, muscular aches, backache, arthritis, the common cold, toothache, and menstrual cramps. It also temporarily reduces fever.

In the first place, the labeled M-PAP formulation is a cherry-flavored oral liquid and is identified as sugar free, alcohol free, and aspirin free. Current DailyMed listings include 120 mL and 473 mL bottle presentations for certain labeled products.
