Ask a doctor before use if the child has liver disease. A doctor or pharmacist should also be consulted if the child is taking the blood-thinning medicine warfarin.

Acetaminophen may rarely cause serious skin reactions, including redness, rash, or blisters. Stop use and seek medical attention if a serious skin reaction occurs.

For infants and young children, dosing should be based on the exact product concentration, the child’s age/weight, and professional or label guidance. Do not substitute another acetaminophen product without checking its concentration.
